Do you require experience?
No prior experience is necessary — we provide full training and ongoing support. We are looking for self-motivated, well-traveled individuals who are prepared to dedicate meaningful time to growing their business. Advisors who are tech-savvy, confident on social media, and who come prepared with a clear plan for who they will serve and how they will reach them consistently see the strongest results.
Do you provide Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance?

Yes. Errors and omissions (E&O) insurance coverage is provided for all of our independent contractors as part of your affiliation with Parks Ports & Paradise, so you are protected from day one at no additional effort on your part.

Advisors who prefer to carry their own individual E&O policy are welcome to do so. Please note that our coverage is tied to operating under our agency branding — if you choose to secure independent coverage, you would be operating under your own brand rather than ours.

Are there startup or monthly fees?

There is no startup fee to join Parks Ports & Paradise. The only recurring costs you’ll carry are for the tools you actually use in your business.

Those include a monthly subscription for your CRM, which is paid directly to the CRM provider, and a monthly fee for your professional business email address. That’s it — no hidden charges, no required purchases, and nothing you’re paying for that isn’t actively helping you serve your clients and grow your business.

What is the agency culture like?
Small, supportive, and genuinely enthusiastic about travel. We share supplier knowledge, celebrate each other’s bookings, and keep the pressure on the trips — not on each other.
How quickly can I start selling after onboarding?
Once onboarding is complete and any required supplier certifications are done (for example the College of Disney Knowledge or CLIA training), you can start booking right away.
